I drilled up an IQ Nano on Wednesday. I have bowled 4 games on last years USBC Open Team Pattern and used it for 2 games on the Springdale house shot. I LOVE THIS BALL!
I drilled it 55 x 3.5 x 30 with medium balance hole 2.5" down my VAL. It is surprising clean through the front part of lane with a strong midlane hook and fantastic pin carry. On the USBC Pattern I am averaging 224. The two games I used it in Springdale, I averaged 256. Compared to my similarly drilled Crux the overall motion is smoother. The Crux with its asymmetric core provides a more defined break point, while the IQ Nano provides a smooth strong arc. With IQ Nano, I can really relax and just let the ball work. In just one week, it has become the first ball out of my bag for both medium sport patterns and medium heavy house shots.
